Extinguishers
Fire extinguishers can save lives! They can put out a small fire and can also provide you with the means to get yourself out to safety! Portable fire extinguishers require an annual inspection to be performed by a licensed technician with a certified recharge shop. Portable fire extinguishers also require a 6-year maintenance test and a 12-year hydro static test. We provide inspection and service for all fire extinguisher sizes and classes, and have stock in hand for new installs.
Fire Alarms
A fire alarm system warns people when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other related emergencies are detected. These alarms may be activated automatically from smoke detectors and heat detectors, or may also be activated by manual fire alarm devices such as pull stations. Once the fire alarm sounds, evacuation should be immediate.
Fire alarm systems require annual inspection to ensure all devices are connected and operating properly.
Sprinkler Systems
Sprinkler systems are an active fire protection method that consist of a water supply that provides adequate pressure to the fire sprinkler heads. sprinkler systems are activated when the predetermined temperature of the sprinkler head has been exceeded. there are many different types of sprinkler systems: wet pipe systems, dry pipe systems, pre-action systems and deluge systems.
Kitchen Supression
Kitchen suppression systems are used in commercial kitchens such as restaurants, cafeterias and food trucks. Installed correctly, they will protect the property and cooking equipment, and ensure the safety of the people working in the kitchen. They are used in fine dining restaurants to fast food chains, and are designed to provide coverage to open flame equipment. All suppression systems require semi-annual inspections every 6 months.
Emergency Lights
Emergency lighting refers to light packs that are connected to a backup battery or another independent power source, and are designed to activate when a power outage occurs. The use of emergency lighting is a mandatory requirement in commercial and residential building codes. Emergency lights require annual inspection to confirm they are operational and batteries are not over 10 years old.

Special hazards fire protection systems are installed in facilities were water-based sprinkler systems are not an adequate form of fire protection. High hazard facilities often require special hazard systems to quickly detect and suppress a fire to save lives and property.
